Rare is a classic expression from Hine and a benchmark for the collection. Produced from a blend of around twenty eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of roasted nectarines, ripe apricots and succulent melon inspire the lingering first sip, soft as brioche.

Palate: Fruity flavours characteristic of the white wines produced from Charente vines.

Finish: Ginger, chocolate, orange and oak slowly fade into a finish of dried fruits.
